At The Practice Hotel
Here's an attempt at showing you around my new home.
This is standing in the doorway of the main part of the "practice hotel" (P.H. or just "hotel" as we call it), looking to the left. A nice living area.
From there, if one would look to his/her right, they would see this going on - Mahjong - a great rainy day (like today!) game. Thank you to Andy for teaching us the rules and to Anna H. for teaching us the Chinese words to use while playing! (yes, I learned to play too!)
Then, this is actually another shot from the same doorway. You can see where the Mahjong table is. The living area is still just on the left even though this picture doesn't show it. However, this shot also allows you to see the general layout of the P.H. The stairs are on the right. There is that balcony hallway along three sides of the second floor and the fourth side is the girls' bathroom. My room is the one in the top right with the door open and light on.
And here is a picture of my room, from standing in the doorway. It's presently a work in progress. But I really am so thankful for it. It's a wonderful gift of a place to call my own. :)

It is great to see pictures of where you are living this year. Looks like a nice and roomy place.
